Mr. Callie Hall

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest Thursday, February 26, 2009, Mr. Callie Hall, 64, husband of Deana Hall of Augusta.
Mr. Hall was born and raised in Harrisburg. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served during the Cuban Missile Crisis on the USS Norfolk. Mr. Hall was a plumber at Ft. Gordon for 43 years. He was a former Little League Baseball Coach and avid outdoorsman.
Family members in addition to his wife include his daughters: Debbie Hall Woodward and husband Jason Wilson of Augusta, Donna Hall of Augusta, Callie Lynn Brown of Grovetown; son: Clifford Callie Hall of Augusta; grandchildren: Kristy Orzechowski and husband Chris, Kristian Lea Woodward, Kimberly Jean Cooper, Kaitlynn Callie Woodward, Kayla Marie Cooper, Cody Brown, Chandler Brown, Christian Brown; great-grandchildren: Curtis Orzechowski, Grace Noel Cooper; beloved pets: Scooby, Elsie and Prissy; brothers: Hezzie Hall of Augusta, Butch Hall of Augusta; sisters: Joann Crouch of Hephzibah, Marie Smith of Thomson; mother-in-law: Pat Hodges and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 1, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Pastor David Shelton officiating. Pallbearers will be Bubba Netherland, Jimmy Cushman, Pat Arthur, Jon Stringfield, Danny Dodgen and Vernon Thomas. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park with Military Honors.
