AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest Thursday, February 5, 2009, at Heartland Hospice, Mr. Mark Douglas Justice, 49, father of Sage Justice of Tahlequah, OK and son of Phyllis Justice of Martinez, GA.

Mr. Justice was a native of Oakridge, TN. After 20 years of service to his country he retired from the US Air Force. He was an avid NASCAR, Braves and Tennessee Volunteers Fan.

Family members in addition to his mother and daughter include his sisters: Debbie Sidell and husband John, Erin Wicker Niece of Martinez and aunt: Joy Slusher of El Paso, TX. Mr. Justice was preceded in death by his father: Douglas Justice.

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 9, 2009 at 6:00 in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Chaplain Stephen M. Russ officiating. Interment will follow on Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. in Bellevue Memorial Gardens with full Military Honors.

The family wishes to thank Heartland Hospice staff and nurses for their dedicated service to Mark and his family.
