Myron Wayne Wilson, Sr.
North Augusta, SC- Mr. Myron Wayne Wilson, Sr., 79, husband of Pauline Tucker Wilson entered into rest on Monday, August 30, 2010.
Mr. Wilson was born in Quanah, TX on August 14, 1931. He lived in North Augusta, SC for the past three years. He spent most of his life in Irving, TX and retired as a school principal/director for the Irving Independent School District.
Mr. Wilson received his Masters degree from North Texas State University. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He loved the Lord and was very patriotic.
Family members include his wife- Pauline Tucker Wilson, daughter- Jan Lowery (and husband Rob) of North Augusta, SC, son- Wayne Wilson, Jr. (and wife Carolyn) of Longview, TX, daughter- Cher Arnwine (and husband Marty) of Alpharetta, GA, 8 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandsons, 1 sister- Donna McLemore, and 2 brothers- Bob Wilson and Jerry Wilson.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 4, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at Sweetwater Baptist Church with Dr. Paul Noe officiating. Interment will be at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211 (214)467-3374.
