Nancy C. Johannsen

North Augusta, SC – Entered into rest on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Nancy C. Johannsen, 72.
Nancy was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was born in Sumter, South Carolina and grew up in North Augusta. She graduated from North Augusta High School and attended USC Aiken. Nancy was a homemaker, a talented seamstress and really enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. She will be remembered as a kind, peaceful soul that enjoyed watching movies, crosswords, and spending time with her loved ones.
Family members include her children: Kim J. Fulmer (Chip), A. Patrick Johannsen, and Stephen S. Johannsen (Tracy); grandchildren: Jackson Fulmer and Gracie Fulmer; sister: Becky McGowan (Brian) and brothers: Bill Commins and Wade Commins (Toni). She was preceded in death by her parents Neil and Patricia Commins and sister: Baby Ann Commins.
A memorial service will be held Friday, November 18, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Fr. Mike Ingram officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
