Martinez, GA- Mrs. Neita D. Buck of Martinez, GA passed into the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 28, 2014. She was born in Nashville, AR on Dec. 30, 1945. Neita was the devoted wife of Col. (R) Doyle A. “Buddy” Buck for 48 years. She was the loving mother of three children and is survived by them and their spouses, Chris Buck and his wife Mary, Jami Buck-Vance and her husband Han and Jarrad Lane Buck and his wife Shawna. She also is survived by her seven grandchildren: Kyle, Kayla, Keagan, Nathaniel, Maisy, Davin and Lila. Neita was preceded in death by her parents John and Marie Nutt and her brother James Nutt.
Neita graduated from Henderson State College in Arkadelphia, AR with a teaching degree and was a proud member of Warren Baptist Church. She dedicated her life to her family and their happiness. As a military wife, she made her home around the world where she became a wonderful friend to many. Neita brightened the lives of everyone that she came in contact with, and we will miss her beautiful spirit and positive outlook for the rest of our time here on Earth.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel at Warren Baptist Church with Dr. David McKinley officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Scleroderma Foundation, 300 Rosewood Drive, Suite 105, Danvers, MA 01923 or to the Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension Association at 801 Roeder Road, Suite 1000, Silver Springs, MD 20910.
