Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at her residence, Mrs. Patricia Green, 80, wife of the late Dr. A. Joseph Green.
Mrs. Green was a native and resident of Augusta. She was a life long member of St. Mary’s on the Hill Catholic Church, and a long time choir member. She was a graduate of Mount St. Joseph. Mrs. Green was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
Family members include: sons: Dr. Michael F. Green (Sharon) of Augusta, John P. Green (Melissa) of Fernandina Beach, Fl, daughters: Dr. Susan Green Mazo (Richard) of Savannah, Patricia Green Rhodes (Ronald) of Augusta, grandchildren: Caroline Green, Michael Green Jr., Ashley Mazo, Stephanie Mazo, Lindsay Mazo, Alexandra Johnson, and Elizabeth Green; sister: Louise F. Sheehan. Mrs. Green was preceded in death by her brother Peter A. Franklin Sr. Pallbearers will be Peter Franklin, Jr., Jerry Franklin, Joseph Franklin, Brian Franklin, Lindsey Franklin, John Sheehan, Franklin Sheehan, Sam King, and John Beck.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at Westover Memorial Park with Fr. Gerald Ragan officiating.
