Martinez, GA – Entered into rest Tuesday, September 21, 2010, Mrs. Patsy Ann Ruffin, 76, wife of the late Albert Otis Ruffin and daughter of the late Scoven and Nellie Johnson.
Mrs. Ruffin was a native and lifelong resident of the Augusta area. She was a graduate of Tubman School for Girls. She retired after close to 40 years from King Mill.
Family members include daughters: Debbie Hyatt, Diane Turman, Sharon Hall and husband William; son: the late Lenny Hyatt; grandchildren: Kim Cooper, Dennis May, Lori Sandlin, Haley Soper, Grant Hall, Stuart Hall, Whitley Turman and Dalton Turman; 11 great-grandchildren, sisters: Betty Marchant and Carolyn Johnson; brother: the late George Johnson; dear friend: Jackie Rossborough and a beloved dog: Sugar.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 4:00 PM in the Chapel of Thomas Poteet and Son with Rev. Pat Williams officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Odyssey Vista Care Foundation, 3508 Professional Circle, Martinez, GA 30907-8232
