Martinez, GA – Entered into rest Saturday, August 18, 2012, Mrs. Plexie Phillips Culbreth, 94, wife of the late Mr. L. R. Culbreth.
Mrs. Culbreth was born in Glascock County and resided in Martinez, she lived in the Augusta area most of her life. She was a member of Advent Christian Church. Mrs. Culbreth was a retired sales clerk from J.B. White. She was a graduate of Wrens High School.
Family members include: son: Roy P. Culbreth (Susie) of Martinez; four grandchildren: Patricia Wilson, Trampus Walker, Troy Walker, Kristin Meyers; nine great grandchildren; sister: Mary Frances Chambers of Sandersville, GA. She was preceded in death by son: Walter J. Culbreth.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Dearing United Methodist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at
