Rachael Gregg departed this life on Saturday, July 4, 2009 at Doctor’s Hospital. She was born October 2, 1927 and was the widow of Herman H. Gregg, Jr.
A private memorial will be held in Manchester, Georgia.
Survivors include her children Lida Gregg, Augusta; John Gregg (Kelley), Augusta and Jane Wehrle (Al), Baltimore, MD. Grandchildren: Ashley Spears (Brian), Baltimore, MD, Lauren Gregg, Augusta, Alan Gregg (Tiffany), Augusta, Duane Gregg, Charlotte, NC, and Anna Gregg, Augusta, and two great-grandchildren. Sisters: Esther Sinclair of Troutman, NC and Ruth Grant (Jim) of Hampton, GA and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff of Brentwood Terrace Health Center in Waynesboro, Georgia where she resided for the past nine years.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to a charity of ones’ choice.
