Rene Kaylor

Appling, GA - Amy Rene Kaylor, 47, of Appling, GA, passed away with loved ones by her side on Friday, May 19, 2023 at Piedmont Hospital of Augusta.

Rene was the mother of Izabel Hoyos 21, Keegan Hoyos 17, Dane Hoyos 15 and Fallon Hoyos 15.

Rene graduated from Harlem High School in 1993. She earned her bachelor’s degree in history through Augusta State University in 2012. She was employed by Villa Europa for nearly ten years.

Rene was the daughter of: Charles Kaylor and the late Paula Kaylor, sister of the late: Travis Kaylor and Wayne Kaylor; sister-in-law of: Denise Kaylor and Sandra Kaylor and the Aunt of Haley Kaylor, Devan Kaylor, Dalton Kaylor, and Rylee Kaylor.

Rene is survived by her children, brother, Dad, sisters-in-laws, several aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.

Celebration of Life will be held at Villa Europa on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 from 5:00 until 9:00 PM. Address is 3044 Deans Bridge Road, Augusta, GA. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted for her surviving children.

Rene was a beautiful and smart lady who loved her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
