Augusta, GA –Richard Benton Stewart, 61, husband of Connie Stewart, entered into rest Thursday, November 26, 2015 at his residence.
A native of Goldsboro, NC, Mr. Stewart resided in North Augusta-Augusta area for 40 years. He and Connie attended Stevens Creek Community Church.
Family members, in addition to his wife, include his stepsons: Travis Mason (Sissy) and Chad Hill (Lisa); grandchildren: Tristian, Lauren, Addison; and his faithful four legged protector Brutus.
A memorial service will be Saturday, December 5, 2015, from 2:30 until 5:00 P.M. at Wymberly Clubhouse on Columbia Rd in Martinez with Dr. Marty Baker officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Stevens Creek Community Church, 600 Stevens Creek Rd., Augusta, GA 30907.
