Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, August 25, 2010, Mr. Richard E. “Dick” Miller, 78, husband of Marie H. Miller.
Mr. Miller was an automotive mechanic at Harison-Gulley Chevrolet for 22 years and at Master Pontiac for over 20 years before retiring in 1996. He was a faithful Hwy 56 Huddle House patron since 1996. Mr. Miller served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict.
Family members in addition to his wife include one son, two stepsons, three stepdaughters, ten grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a sister Pauline Stein. Mr. Miller is preceded in death by his first wife Betty Pauline Miller.
Graveside services will be held Sunday, August 29, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. in Hillcrest Memorial Park with Rev. David O. Jones officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made to American Cancer Society, 2607 Commons Blvd, Augusta, GA 30909.
The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at
