SFC Ricky L. Cole, Sr. (U.S. Army, Ret.)

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Saturday, June 23, 2018, SFC Ricky L. Cole, Sr. (U.S. Army, Ret.), 53, husband of Jackie Cole.
Mr. Cole retired from the United States Army after 20 years. He most recently worked as a system administrator for the Department of Defense. He was an exceptional cook and enjoyed entertaining family and friends. Mr. Cole was an avid softball player and was involved with teams both on and off post. He was a loving and devoted husband and father.
Family members, in addition to his wife, include his sons: Ricky L. Cole, Jr., Marquis Revills, and Rashard Cole; granddaughter: Diamond; father: Cecil Wilson; mother: Agnes Mitchell; sisters: Paula Hill and Stephanie Mitchell; mother-in-law: Geneva Smith; and many other loving family members.
The funeral service will be Friday, June 29, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Brother Donnie Starrett officiating. Burial will follow in Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
