Mr. Robert Alan Crawley, beloved father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend, peacefully entered into rest at the age of 54 on Monday, January 17, 2022, at Georgia Health Sciences University Medical Center. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Tracy Lee Crawley, his mother; Billie Pope Crawley, two daughters; Christina Crawley Davis and Jeremy Davis, Ashlee Taylor Crawley; his two grandchildren; Rylie Brooke Davis, and Jacob Alan Tripp; his two older brothers; David Lee and Connie Crawley, and Timothy James Crawley; as well as several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Major Horace Lee Crawley and sister-in-law Debra Jean Crawley. He had several hobbies to include fishing, Nascar racing, visiting Myrtle Beach, and riding motorcycles. He was very involved during his time, assistant coaching Ashlee's softball team at Westside High School and thrived in this role. Rob never met anyone he could not get a smile out of, he was always laughing and making jokes. His heart was full of never-ending love for the ones he cared about and that is what his family will miss the most. The family will begin receiving visitors at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors, 214 Davis Road, Augusta, GA, 30907. Services will begin promptly at 2:00 P.M. with Co-Pastor Lanis Lewis and Co-Pastor Terry Bonds officiating. There will be time allotted at the end of the service for anyone who would like to share a few words of their own.
