Grovetown, GA – Entered into rest on Thursday, June 22, 2023, Mr. Robert Dwight Joiner, 73, loving husband of 53 years to Mrs. Linda Allen Joiner.
Dwight was a native of Augusta, Georgia. Being an entrepreneur, Dwight owned and founded several local companies, including The Brass Ring, and Street and Trail. He was also a real estate investor. He loved staying busy and working. In retirement, he drove a school bus for Columbia County; “Mr. Dwight” was a favorite of all the kids on his route. In his spare time he loved to play golf. Dwight was a loving and devoted husband, father, Papa and brother.
Family members in addition to his wife, include his son Brian Joiner; grandsons: Justin Joiner and Brayden Joiner; brothers: Wayne Joiner (Deborah) and Ricky Joiner; brother-in-law Joey Allen (Patsy); his canine companion: Poppy, and other loving family members.
A memorial service will be planned for a later date.
