Beech Island, SC – Entered into rest on Monday, October 30, 2023, Mr. Ronald D. Black, 66, husband of Darlene S. Black.

Ronnie was born in Beech Island, SC. He worked as an electrician for Austin and Dematic. He loved the outdoors, hunting, riding his Harley and being at the lake.

Family members in addition to his wife include his daughter: Mary Jane Abbott (Michael); sons: Logan Black (Jennifer) and Ronald Black (Briana); grandchildren: Ronald Black III, Jordyn Black, Grayson Blackstone, Zora Black, Macy Abbott, Mason Abbott, Samuel Black, Leann Black, and Kayla Black; mother: Betty Adams Black; he is also survived by siblings and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father: Eldred Delane Black.

A graveside service will be Thursday, November 2, 2023, at 12:00 noon at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Thursday from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
