Augusta, GA – Mrs. Rosalie T. Muns, 89, loving wife of 66 years to the late Lewis C. Muns, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 25, 2017.

Mrs. Muns was a longtime member for over 60 years at Warren Baptist Church. She was part of the Joyful Women’s Sunday School Class and she taught children at Sunday school for many years. Mrs. Muns was an avid bridge player and will be missed by all who knew her.

Family members include her nephews: Wayne Kitchens and wife Phyllis of Evans, Alan Tucker of Atlanta, and Steven Tucker of Albany; sister in law: Margaret Tucker. Also surviving are special friends: Susan Foster Tankersley of Evans, Beth Foster Morris of Orlando, and Angela Long of Evans. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Marietta Tucker, brother, Joe Albert Tucker, and sister, Jean Tucker Kitchens.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. in The Chapel at Warren Baptist Church with Dr. David McKinley and Rev. Dave Dillard officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Billy Johnson, Ron Long, John Morris, Bill Sailors, Jim Sechrist, Cary Tankersley, and Harry Wade. Honorary pallbearers will be the Joyful Women’s Sunday School Class.

The family will receive friends beginning at 12:00 P.M. at the church.
