Evans, GA – Entered into rest, Wednesday, August 3, 2016, Mr. Royce Grant Ottaway, Jr., age 49, after battling diabetes and kidney disease for many years.
Royce was a native of Flint, MI and resident of Evans, GA. He loved animals, hunting, fishing, boating and any activity that let him be outdoors. Royce loved living and working on Dr. Blalock’s farm in Evans. He was an avid fan of music of all kinds.
Family members include his mother: Lilly Ottaway; life partner: Sarah Banks; maternal grandmother: Marzell Mozingo; sisters: Dawn and Sarah; brother: Eric; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father: Royce Grant Ottaway.
A memorial service will be Sunday, August 7, 2016, at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Dusty Wammack officiating.
