Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Thursday, November 13, 2016, Mrs. Ruby Smalley Howle, 99, wife of the late Mr. Clarence Howle.
Mrs. Howle lived in Augusta since the 1940’s. She was a member of Curtis Baptist Church. Mrs. Howle was active in her church groups and enjoyed going on church trips. She was a very giving person and was liked by all who met her. Mrs. Howle retired from Lily Tulip after 25 years.
Family members include sisters: Sara Milford and Ann Doolittle; brother: John Smalley; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be Monday, November 21, 2016, 2:00 P.M. at Westover Memorial Park with Rev. Tom Lowery officiating.
Charitable contributions may be made to Curtis Baptist Church, 1348 Broad St, Augusta, GA 30901.
The family will receive friends Sunday, November 20, 2016 from 2:00 until 7:00 P.M. at 2916 Hampshire Drive, Augusta, GA 30909 and also Monday following the service at the graveside.
