Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, October 17, 2018, Mrs. Rubye Greene Wyatt, 94.

Mrs. Wyatt was born in Harlem, GA and resided in Augusta many years. She was a member of Pierce United Methodist Church, where she was an active member of the Hope Bible Class and the United Methodist Women. Mrs. Wyatt was a very caring and loving person and enjoyed gardening and traveling.

Family members include her daughter: Kristal Wyatt; son: George Nicholas Wyatt, III (Teena); grandchildren: Tracey Tedder and Karen Wilmoth (Josh), as well as many special nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband: George N. Wyatt, Jr.; parents: Austin and Katrina Greene; brothers: John Wesley Greene, James Allen Greene and Ernest Greene.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 22, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Pierce United Methodist Church with Rev. Rick Herring and Rev. Allen Yarbrough officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Joe Tedder, Jeff McNair, Bryan Adams, BJ Jordan and Mitchell Holmes.
