Martinez, GA – Entered into rest on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at his residence, Russell George Kelley.

Rusty is survived by his devoted wife of 19 years: Christina Lilly “Tina” Kelley. and their beloved pet Sophie; parents: Joyce Kelley and the late George Kelley; sister: Debbie Zapata and husband Mike; niece: Kelly Zapata; nephews: Bryce Huckabee, Zack and Brandon Zapata; parents in law: Bill and Rosemarie Lilly; sister in law: Lisa Huckabee and husband Brian; special friends: Karen and Jimmy Deer; Jim, Kay and Kari Moore and Dr. Kerri Remmell.

Rusty was a native and lifelong resident of Columbia County. He was a graduate of Evans High School. He was co-owner of Kelley Appliance Center. He was a member of Metro Home Builders Association of Augusta and past member of the Merchants Association. He had a lifelong passion for magic.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 25, 2015 at 3:00.m. at West Acres Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Harmon officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the church.

Memorials may be made to: Team Stinky Kiss Shelter Rescue Project or to Dog Networking Agency.

A celebration of Life will also be held on Thursday, October 15, 2015 from 6:00 to 9:00 at the Columbia County Fairgrounds.
