Augusta, GA – Sara Rachel Hof-Wheatley, homemaker, age 40, passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at Augusta University Medical Center.
Sara attended Evans High School and graduated from Augusta Technical College Culinary Arts Program.
Sara leaves behind her husband: Jayson Dwayne Wheatley; three beloved sons: Ian Scott, Richard Matthew and Garrett Dwayne. Sara is also survived by her parents: Charles and Pamela Grove and Nancy & Rick Phillips as well as her siblings: Amy Grove, Emily Grove, and Eric Sommer.
A memorial service to celebrate Sara’s life will be held at Mosaic United Methodist Church in Evans on Friday, May 18, 2018 at 11:00 A.M.
