Sherrie Glover

Sherrie Mulvey Glover was born in Atlanta, GA. on March 14, 1961. She spent most of her youth in Savannah, GA. Sherrie was raised by her mother, Barbara Allen Wandle, and had one sibling, the late Von Mulvey.

Sherrie graduated from A.E. Beach High School and continued her education at Mercer University in Macon, GA. While attending Mercer, Sherrie studied Psychology Communications for three years. She then obtained her real estate license from Macon Jr. College.

Sherrie blessed the world with her beautiful smile for an extraordinary 63 years. She mothered her only child, Richard Brown Jr., for fifteen years, In the year of 2001, Sherrie laid her child to rest and purchased a plot for her to be placed in next to him.

Sherrie will be remembered for her contagious smile, her dedication to her job, her love for the people around her, and her perseverance. Sherrie brought a ray of light into the lives of the people she loved. Despite any situation she endured, her joy stayed intact.

She was a proud dog-mom. Her Shih Tzu, Pogo, was her loyal companion for over a decade and a half. Pogo helped Sherrie weather many storms. When Sherrie was hospitalized in December, she had Pogo cremated so that his ashes could be placed alongside her in her final resting place.

Throughout her entire battle with cancer, Sherrie kept the people she loved in mind. She continued to be strong for those around her. She was the type of person you couldn't help but love. December 28th, 2024, around 7:00 P.M. in Piedmont Hospital in Augusta, GA, Sherrie lost her battle to cancer. She is survived by her loving close friends.
