Shirley Fox Gause

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Thursday, October 6, 2022, Mrs. Shirley Fox Gause, 89, wife of the late Frank A. Gause.

Mrs. Gause was born in Ashville, NC, but has resided in Augusta for many years. She was a member of Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Gause was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Family members include her two grandchildren; Benjamin Gause and Keller Gause, a niece, nephew, and several very special friends. In addition to her husband, Shirley was preceded in death by her son, Michael Gause.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at Beaufort National Cemetery in Beaufort, SC.
