Steve E. Gravley

Evans, GA – Entered into rest on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at his home, Mr. Steve Edward Gravley, 78, loving husband of Kaye C. Gravley.

Steve was a native of Brevard, NC and lived in Augusta for over 30 years. He was retired from Bechtel at Savannah River Site. He enjoyed golfing and was a former member of Bertram Trail Golf Club. He was a loving husband and father.

Family members in addition to his wife include his son: Eric Gravley (Betty); sister: Becky Wines (Jackie); and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. He is predeceased by his brother: Bill Gravley; and his parents: Hubert B. Gravley and Tommie R. Gravley.

The graveside service will be held Monday, April 4, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at Blue Ridge Garden of Memory, 994 New Hendersonville Highway, Pisgah Forest, NC 28768, with Rev. Tommy Madden and Chaplain Hank Moffett officiating. In Augusta, the family will receive friends on Sunday, April 3, 2022 from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Frady, Frank Cairnes, Jim Beck, David Hitchings, Charles Darwin and Larry Gravley.
