Augusta, GA – Susan M. Stenger went to meet Jesus and he greeted her with open arms on March 6, 2013. She is the wife of E. Larry Stenger and mother of six children, Gregory Stenger, Cheryl Stenger, Daniel Stenger, Brenda Warchol, Larry Stenger, and Christine Thomas. She also had nine grandchildren; mother: Helen Kirk; sister: Kitty McElyea and brother: Chris Kirk.
Susan attended St. Joseph Catholic Church and was a Full Covenant Member of the Alleluia Community. She was a much loved sister who put Jesus first in her life.
The Funeral Mass will be Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Fr. Thomas Healy celebrant.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Friday evening at 7:30 at St. Joseph and an all night vigil will follow. Burial will be in the Alleluia Cemetery in Dearing, GA.
