Our lasting memories of our mother are simple. A passionate figure of strength, who never waned in her support of her family and those who loved her, and who soldiered on throughout her life, even when times were tough. Tammy loved riding horses and all animals, especially her CatCat. She was an incredibly strong woman, who learned to deal with the hand she was given with grace and dignity. Tammy will be sorely missed by those who truly knew and loved her. Tammy was preceded in death by her mother, Gloria Ann Fields her father, Maxwell (Sonny) Langford her brothers Maxwell Dee Langford and Henry Langford her niece, Adelyn Anne Chamberlain She is survived by her daughters, Kindra Denise McCook (and children) Kathrine Nicole Nichols (and children) her sister, Katie Ann Chavis ( Lonnie Chavis Sr.), her brother, Elbert Larry Fields (Sandra) her sister, Nancy Lynn Fields (and son Kaleb Fields) A Celebration of Life Service will follow at a later date.
