Appling, GA – Terrence Michael Bedell age 78 died peacefully on March 10, 2014 in Doctors Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife Ondrea Bedell, his three children: Kellie (Billy) of California, Kevin (Pati) of Oklahoma, and Garrett (Patty) of Utah; his step-children: Julian (Georgia) of Alabama, Marcus (Deanna) of Georgia, Michael (Jan) of Georgia and Randall Bao (Rhonda) of Georgia; his many grandchildren and great grandchildren, friends and family.
Terry was a native Californian and lived in various countries working for Bechtel Corporation. He worked as an electrical engineer designing nuclear and hydro-electrical power plants, before living and retiring in Georgia.
He had an adventurous spirit, loved to travel and experience different cultures, foods and countries. Terry possessed a constant joy of learning, loved to scuba dive, and was a very talented writer, artist-hobbyist. He had an infectious laugh and a great sense of humor. We all loved him dearly and will miss his presence in our lives. We wish him Godspeed on his next journey.
A gathering to celebrate Terry’s life will be held Friday, March 14, from 2:00 until 6:00 P.M. at the residence.
