Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, June 15, 2011, Mr. Terry Lee Doolittle, 29, husband of Amanda Hogan Doolittle.

Mr. Doolittle was a native of Albany, GA. He was a 2000 graduate of Strom Thurmond High School. Mr. Doolittle worked with Comcast more than 4 years. He and Amanda married in April of 2011. He loved his friends and spending time with them. Mr. Doolittle was a fan of the Atlanta Braves, the Georgia Bulldogs, and an avid video gamer.

Family members in addition to his wife include his mother, Rose Marie Tompkins; stepfather, Wade Tompkins; sisters: Randi and Kristi Tompkins; father and mother-in-law: Olan and Kathy Hogan; fraternal grandmother, Bobbie Doolittle; maternal grandmother, Joyce Marie Wingate; uncle and aunt: Jon and Susan Doolittle; and uncle, DeWayne Wingate.


A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 18, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Sonny Sellers officiating. The family will receive friends following the service until 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
