Augusta, GA – Mrs. Theodora Voynitch Chalecky, 95, entered into rest on Tuesday, August 20, 2013.
Mrs. Chalecky was a native of Jackson, NJ. She was a member of Columbia County Senior Center. She was known as “Thea” to all who knew her.
Family members include daughter: Justine P. Veatch of Evans, GA; son: John Chalecky of Bristow, VA; and grandson: Alexander Thomas Honeyman. She is preceded in death by her husband, Fedir Chalecky.
A funeral service will be held Monday, August 26, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Andrew’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church in South Bound Brook, NJ. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Andrews Ukrainian Orthodox Church at 240 Main St South Bound Brook, NJ 08880.
The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
