Grovetown, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, July 20, 2011, mother of Jordan Dudley and daughter of Don and Therisa Dudley.

Traci was a native of Anniston, AL but moved with her family to TN, LA, & FL before choosing her residence in Grovetown. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida on a softball scholarship as a pitcher. She earned her Master’s degree here in Augusta, from Troy State. Traci’s focus has always been on youth, starting her career with DFACS in FL and here, before beginning to teach 4th grade at Greenbrier Elementary. Her interests have been her son, Jordan, her friends and family.

Family Members in addition to her son and parents include sisters: Terre Smith (Todd), Renee Coleman (Dave) and Ginger Dudley, brother: Stephen (Wanda), aunt’s: Janice Stahl, Juanita Welker (George), uncle: Mickey Rushing (Madge), nine nieces and nephews; and innumerable cousins.

A Funeral service will be held Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Thomas Poteet and Son Funeral Directors with Rev. William F. Harrell officiating. Interment will follow on Monday, July 25, 2011, 3:00 P.M. at Pineview Memorial Gardens in Wetumpka, AL.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made for the benefit of her son, Jordan. Checks should be made payable to: Donald Dudley, 611 Dogwood Drive, Titus, AL 36080.
