Martinez, GA – Mrs. Una Bailey, 94, entered into rest on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at University Hospital.
Mrs. Bailey taught school in Tennessee and in Augusta she taught at the Jewish Day School and National Hills Elementary.
Family members include daughter: Ann Bailey Forrest and husband Memmus of Evans; sons: Tim A. Bailey and wife Rhonda of Dalton, GA, Martin T. Bailey, MD and wife Peggy of Birmingham, AL; seven grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and sister: Martha T. Daniel of Bristol, TN.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Michael Fennema officiating. Burial will follow in Westover Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions may be made to Redeemer Presbyterian Church at 2540 William Few Parkway, Evans, GA 30809.
