Seattle, WA – Entered into rest Friday, August 2, 2013, Mr. Van Boyd Kendrick, 32, son of Ms. Phyllis Marsh.
Family members in addition to his mother include sister: Lehua Lashua married to David Lashua of Kindsbach, Germany and two nephews (Aaron and Harley); twin brother: Dowling Kendrick of Georgia; younger brother Tony Kendrick of Spokane, Washington and grandfather: Dewey Marsh of Augusta, Georgia. He is also survived by his aunt Marian married to Roel Wielinga of Thomson, Georgia and Abbie married to Francisco Pumarejo of Shanghai China as well as numerous cousins and second cousins. Mr. Kendrick was preceded in death by his grandmother: Nell Marsh and step-grandmother: Jeanne Marsh.
Van was a fun-loving son and brother, who loved to read, especially the Bible. He was also free-spirited and kind hearted to all whom crossed his path. He will be greatly missed.
No funeral services are planned at this time.
