In Loving Memory of Wanda Kay Rollins
Wanda Kay Rollins was born to this life on February 4, 1950 and entered eternal life on October 29, 2022 at 72 years of age.
Wanda was born in Louisville, GA to Lucious & Kathleen Berry. She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Robert Berry and David Berry. She is survived by her family: R.E. Rollins; daughter and family: Michelle and Ray Fitzgerald and Haley Fitzgerald; son and family: Jeff and Beth Rollins, Paige Rollins Streeter, Calista Rollins, Elliot and Dylan Teague; sister and family: Cathy Baker and Andralyn Baker Graham, Michael Edward Allen and Carol Warr Allen; brother-in-law and family: Douglas Allen, Kimberly Allen Andrews, David Allen and sister-in-law and family: Regina Allen Priester, Nikki Priester and Austin Priester.
Wanda Attended Butler High School, Class of 1969. She attended Brewton Parker College, 1977 – 79 and obtained an AA degree in Education with Honors. Tift College 1979-81 degree in Elementary Education, Magna Cum Laude with a 3.8 GPA. She took 3 courses at Georgia Southern in the summer of ’81 as well.
Wanda taught Gifted class for 2 years in Soperton, GA and afterwards became a very successful State Farm agent from 1985 -93 in Vidalia, GA. In 1996, she founded Animal Boutique where she discovered her calling in caring for animals and has grown it since then. Wanda loved riding motorcycles, shopping trips with her daughter and granddaughter, trips to the beach, hanging by the pool at her home and watching the deer she fed from her front porch.
A Celebration of Life will be held November 13, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at Wanda's Home.
