Evans, GA – Entered into rest Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at his residence, William A. Stiger, 69, husband of Madeline C. Stiger.
Mr. Stiger has resided in Evans since 1986 and retired from the Savannah River Plant. He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, the Twin City Bass Masters Club and was an US Army veteran.
Family members in addition to his wife include a son: William Thomas Stiger and wife Barbara of Grants Pass, Or; daughter: Deneen Hutchins of Martinez; sisters: Marie Depasqual, Shirley Embaugh; brothers: Michael and Jim Stiger; and 5
grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 7, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Wesley United Methodist Church with Rev.Greg Poterfield and Rev. Adam Hilderbrandt officiating. Intombment will be in Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
Memorial contributions may be made to Wesley United Methodist Church, 825 North Belair Rd., Evans, GA 30809.
