William “Bill” Chassereau, Sr.
Evans, GA – Entered into rest Saturday, October 7, 2017, Mr. William Francis Chassereau, Sr., 92, loving husband to the late Vivian Chassereau.
Mr. Chassereau was a native of Varnville, SC and has lived in Evans since 1968. He retired from the United States Army as a Master Sergeant and was a member of West Acres Baptist Church.
Family members include his son: William F. Chassereau, Jr. (Debbie) of Martinez; daughter: Helen Doyle (Joe) of Lincolnton; 6 grandchildren: Tony Doyle (Holly), Stephanie Cheshire, Tommy Doyle (Teri), Timmy Doyle (Leslie), Jennifer Luttrell (Adam), and Rebecca Doyle; 9 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. in Westover Memorial Park with Rev. Larry Harmon officiating. The family will receive friends following the graveside service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 106 SRP Dr., Suite A, Evans, GA 30809.
