Augusta, GA – Willie Mae Faulkner, 91, loving wife of Irvine R. Faulkner, Jr., for 73 years, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2018.

Mrs. Faulkner was born in Cayce, SC, the oldest sibling of three brothers and one sister. She retired with 20 years of service from Georgia Railroad Banking Company. Mrs. Faulkner was a longtime member of Burns Memorial United Methodist Church. She will be remembered by family for her great southern Sunday dinners.

Family members, in addition to her spouse include her son: Rev. D. Alan Faulkner (Laurie); sister: Ann Maxwell (Bill); four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter: Sharon Walker; her parents: Willie P. and Ruth Reynolds; three brothers: Joe Reynolds, Tom Reynolds and Bill Reynolds.

The funeral service will be Friday, March 16, 2018, 2:00 P.M. at Burns Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. John Donaldson officiating. Burial will follow in Westover Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends one hour prior, beginning at 1:00 P.M., at the church.
