Yon Cha Brown
Hephzibah, GA – On a beautiful spring day, March 20, 1953, Mrs. Yon Cha Brown was born in Seoul, South Korea, later immigrating to the United States in 1977. Beyond being a lover of pets, Mrs. Brown is famous for her selfless kindness, warmth, and ability to spread joy by bringing laughter to those around her. These character traits and many others are evidence of her desire and aim to keep Christ as the center of her life. She found profound pleasure in active involvement and service in the Augusta First Seventh Day Adventist Church. In addition to seasoning lives with joy and kindness, she also enjoyed sharing culture with traditional tasty Korean cooking. Her grandchildren adored her and brought her greater fulfillment than she imagined possible.
Mrs. Yon Cha entered into rest Monday, May 8, 2017, leaving to mourn her loving husband: Clifford Brown; son: Clifford Brown, Jr.; daughter: Kim Elizabeth Brown (Julius Alvarez); grandchildren: Siya Renee Brown, Isabel Grace Brown, and Ethan Clifford Brown; brothers: Hwa Sik Kim, Mun Sik Kim and Tae Sik Kim.
